Helen’s recipes feature seasonal, fair trade and organic food produced by inspired chefs. Seated on the terrace, your guests will enjoy a delicious fillet of sea bream, caught in the Mediterranean Sea, served with bread with Provencal herbs and olive oil from the Gard region.
Savour the freshness of Cavaillon melon and truffle gazpacho, made with local tomatoes. Sample the simple authentic flavours of cheeses by master cheesemakers, Vergne. Then enjoy a touch of sweetness to end lunch… a crunchy meringue with delicious notes of strawberry, basil and pistachio, and tutti frutti shortbread with verbena cream.
